The Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP) has announced that the State of Wisconsin will be giving certification extensions for those certifications that have expired after January 31, 2020.
This extension will expire on December 31, 2021.
This includes private applicators and the commercial applicators who received the temporary certifications with T numbers. Those who have already tested in person with DATCP DO NOT have to test again.
See DATCP's official response.

You will not be able to start and stop, except for the designated breaks that are built into the training. Allow yourself approximately 3.5 hours to complete.
An online test will be available beginning in early December. Check the PAT Store website for online testing, then chose option Z, “Online Certification Test.” Online testing is available, whether you have completed the “online training” or “self-study” option.
In-person testing at the Sheboygan County Extension Office will be available for persons without online access or who may have difficulty utilizing the on-line service. Appointments are needed for in-person testing.
